Our kitchen prepares delicious home-cooked Sri Lankan meals - some of the best you will find on your trip!
Each day during the High Season, or when the hotel is busy, we offer a three course traditional Sri Lankan buffet for dinner in an intimate and friendly atmosphere. Dinner is served on the terrace overlooking Ella Gap, with candlelit tables and excellent service. Some of our favorite dishes include Tomato, Ginger and Garlic Soup to start, followed by fresh Fish or Chicken curry spiced to your taste accompanied by brown rice and a wide variety of seasonal vegetable dishes such as pumpkin curry and fresh coconut salad. Desserts might be fresh curd and coconut palm honey, seasonal fruit salad or vanilla ice cream. Here in the heart of Uva’s tea plantations, we have the best of Sri Lankan tea, as well as locally grown delicious coffee, to finish your meal.
We have some variety of Kids menu. Also we are happy to be prepared kids menu on your choice if they don’t like the local foods.
If your arrival later than 5 p.m., It's helpful to order your meals and the time you wish to be served in advance. More about the dinner you will receive on our booking confirmation. Complimentary cooking lessens available if you stay minimum of two nights during high season.
During Low Season, we will be happy to prepare individual meals for you to be served at your table rather than as a buffet.
You will hear lot of nature symphony of animals and waterfall in our open dining area, some times also we play chill reggae music in our restaurant.
